The location is very convenient near the metro station and bus stop. Mohammed Rizwan offered helpful guidance and directions. Hemedi was pleasant and accommodating when fulfilling room service requests. The rooftop view was refreshing.

The location is amazing. The bus from Singapore dropped me off right in front of the hotel. KL Sentral station is very close. It provides access to the LRT, train, and buses. Breakfast was included and served at a nearby restaurant. The staff was very helpful there!!!

the staff was friendly enough and assisted with requests i had

the noise level was high i could hear everything happening in the corridor it disrupted my sleep and made it hard to relax also the room lacked proper ventilation and had no windows , made the air feel stale and stuffy i found the absence of fresh air particularly unpleasant
